Enabling the SharePoint GCF Web Service debug log

In rare situations, it might be necessary to prepare a debug log of the GCF Web Service actions. A representative of BlueCielo ECM Solutions Technical Support might request a copy of the log for analysis.

To enable the log:

  1. On SharePoint server, create the folder C:\Logs.  The web service will detect the presence of the folder and log details of all operations.

    Note    Only enable the log upon request from BlueCielo ECM Solutions Technical Support.
